Call for papers
Researchers and practitioners, magistrates and law specialists interested in presenting communications are invited to submit ain abstract in French or English (300 words) by August 10*, 2012.
Abstracts should be submitted, along with contact information (name, institutional affiliation, department, e-mail address) to Andrei Dumitrescu (firstname.lastname@example.org), jurist, counselor at the European Institute of Iaşi, Romania.

The organisers intend to publish the communications in an edited volume (European Institute Press) for which they will follow all the formalities needed in order to get it indexed in the ISI database.
A publication of the conference papers is planned.
